Since our mum is a writer, she needed a space on our web site to exercise her writing jones. You know, a happy mum is a good mum. Or as Cesar Millan would say, “Exercise, discipline and then affection.”
So, we gave her an outlet by giving her a blog space. And you know, since Scout & I don’t have thumbs, it is really difficult for us to type. When we have something to say, we’ll get her to type it for us! Read, laugh, weep. She can certainly share some great thoughts and stories. We think she is pretty darned special.. ..and she can really write up a storm. We think you’ll like what she shares. |  |

Twice this past weekend I learned of dogs that have been mistreated and starved by the people who were supposed to be caring for them. I wish someone could explain this to me because this just totally escapes me. I can't understand why anyone, ANYONE would do this to a dog or any living creature.

Back in February, we exhibited at the Indy Winter Classic Dog Show. What a wonderful time! We were in doggie overload....2600 dogs in four days. Now we have a ton of new friends and know a lot more about dog shows in general. They sure are different than just watching them on television.

The Passing of a Hero

Yesterday, a true American hero passed into that good sleep. Max, our first Exceptional Canine, passed away. He had the tenacity of a fighter and the heart of a champion. His parents, Tony and Annette Zintsmaster said he was all heart. I thought he was a real sweetie.
